Burkburnett Blacksox Baseball

Former Blacksox player, Ryan Gibson and the nationally ranked Oklahoma Sooners open their 2011 campaign today. Several national publications have picked the Sooners to make a repeat appearance at the CWS this season.

Gibson will start the season as a probable weekday SP, possibly moving in to a weekend role.

Many of you will remember "Gibby" as a player and fan favorite during his time in our program.
